About RepoAI
RepoAI is a directory for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers — and, as the AI ecosystem grows, other tools built around it. Every listing gets a security score computed from public repository signals, an auto-generated config for the clients that support it, and an editorial verdict written by a person, not scraped from marketing copy. The goal is simple: help you choose, install, and trust a server without reading its entire source code first.
Editorial policy
Every listing's tagline, description, and verdict starts as an AI draft, generated strictly from facts we can verify — the repository's README, license, maintenance activity, and its security check results. The AI is instructed to never invent a feature, integration, or claim of safety that isn't directly supported by those facts.
That draft is never published automatically. A human reviews it for accuracy before it goes live — see our methodology for how the security score itself is computed. An MCP can be listed with its real, verified data (stars, license, maintenance status, score) before that editorial review is done — that data is never AI-generated, so it's never thin or unverified.
We don't accept payment to list a server, change its score, or influence its verdict.
